"Nathena is a hardened crack whore with a laundry list of arrests. She has seen the worst of it, from being ravaged while having her nipples set on fire, to nearly loosing 3 fingers from an attack with a box cutter. She had a great home life though, Daddy married the babysitter when she was 3, and started dressing as a woman using water balloons for boobs.
